SethiG began 2026 on the ground in Kuala Lumpur, supporting Dream Master Bedding’s latest project at Grand Mercure Kuala Lumpur Bukit Bintang.
Led by our very own MD, Tharin Sethi, alongside Shre Sharma from Dream Master’s International team, the focus was on delivering and installing bed bases and mattresses ahead of the hotel’s opening. From lift planning and floor prioritisation to coordinating access with multiple contractors, the objective was simple: execute properly and take full responsibility through to completion.
Beyond the installation, the trip provided valuable time with hotel partners across Kuala Lumpur and Selangor, including Mercure Selangor Selayang, Ibis Styles Kuala Lumpur Sri Damansara, and Mercure Shaw Parade. These conversations offered practical insight into refurbishment cycles, operational challenges, and how suppliers can better support hotels as budgets and timelines evolve.
Time was also spent aligning with logistics partners and distributors, reinforcing a key reality in today’s hospitality environment: reliable delivery, installation capability, and after-sales support are just as critical as the product itself, particularly for complex or high-density properties.
