  2. Conducted property audits and financial due diligence for prospective hotels, analyzing:
    1. Necessary CAPEX upon takeover
    2. Current OPEX

    3. Fair lease rental rate

  3. Created SOPs and staffing structures to allow each property to run on auto-pilot, ensuring scalability.

  4. Centralized all purchasing by negotiating long-term contracts with suppliers to control operational costs.

  5. Provided advisory on all market development matters and product localization to tailor Nida’s offerings for the Thai market.
