Partnerships in Focus at the Best Western APAC Conference 2026

Three days of Partnership, Perspective, and Shared Momentum

SethiG had the privilege to attend the Best Western 2026 Pan APAC Conference from March 22–24, engaging with partners and industry leaders across the region in what proved to be a highly productive and well-aligned gathering.

What made this conference particularly meaningful was the ability to participate in three distinct yet interconnected capacities: representing our family’s hospitality businesses, supporting Dream Master Bedding as their International Business Partner, and working alongside Guestline / The Access Group as their APAC partner.

This intersection reflects a broader reality across Thailand and the region, where Best Western properties increasingly demonstrate strong alignment between operations, technology, and guest experience solutions, with both Guestline and Dream Master present across a significant portion of the portfolio.

Over the course of the event, we had the opportunity to engage with senior leadership, reconnect with key owner partners, including Best Western Philippines, Best Western Click, BW Chatuchak, BW T1, and BW Siamese Pattaya, and spend valuable time with the APAC head office team. These interactions reinforced the importance of collaboration and consistency across markets.

We extend our thanks to Olivier BerrivinFraser McKenzie, Cyrill Czerwonka, and the wider Best Western team for bringing together such a cohesive and impactful conference.

Events like these highlight the value of alignment across stakeholders, and the role strong partnerships play in driving sustainable growth across hospitality portfolios.
