The Euro Grande
Opened in 1991, The Euro Grande is an 81 key full service hotel with multiple F&B outlets as well as C&B spaces. It was sold in 2021 and has been rebranded to The Public House.
The Euro Park
This was the second hotel developed by the Sethi family in the 1990s and was a BSO (Build, Operate, Sell) project. It is currently still in operation as the FuramaXclusive Sukhumvit.
Parkway Inn
Mr. Gulati opened Parkway Inn in 1997 to serve foreign visitors to Thailand seeking accommodation in the Nana area. The property was operational for 27 years prior to being transacted in March, 2024.
Euro Residence
Mr. Amrit Sethi built Euro Residence on Sukhumvit 31 as the primary residence for the Sethi family and this asset was strategically sold in 2020 and has since been rebranded to The Alberti.
Anandpura

Tharin Sethi’s family (Parents, Grandparents, Uncles, Cousins & Other Relatives) still own and operate 10+ hotels in Thailand ranging from 3 star to 5 star some of which are independently operated while others are managed by local and global professional management companies. Some of these include Marriott Sukhumvit, Radisson Suites, Aspira Properties, Compass Properties as well as the upcoming Radisson Red & Conrad Queen’s Park.
